Step by step guide
Step 1
Our whitening kit includes an oral try that is customizable to the oral structure of your teeth and gums. First place the oral tray in hot water (about 70-80 °C) for 1 minute and take out. When the tray has cooled for a little while, bite down on the tray and fix with your fingers to fit against your teeth and gums. When it hardens, you will have an oral tray that is customized to fit your oral structure.
Step 2
Apply a small amount of the gel into the customized tray. Spread evenly into the customized tray onto areas where your front teeth will be located.
Step 3
Put the customized tray with whitening gel into your mouth. And put the LED blue light in the mouth to speed up the whitening process. Turn the light on and use it for 15 minutes (until it turns off).
